1. The Promotion

1.1 This promotion (the "Promotion") is run by Beggars Group (USA) Inc. ("Promoter", "we" or "us"), whose registered office is at 134 Grand Street, New York, NY 10013.

1.2 The Promotion is open to customers who place a Qualifying Order of any sale items (“Discounted Products”) via https://store.beggarsbanquetrecords.com/ ( the "Site") during the Promotion Period (as defined below).

1.3 The first 25 Qualifying Orders received during the Promotion Period will each receive one free test pressing of a randomly selected test pressing from Promoter’s archive (the "Gift"), in addition to the item(s) ordered, subject to these terms and conditions.

1.4. A “Qualifying Order” shall mean an order placed by an eligible customer during the Promotion Period for Discounted Products the aggregate value of which is $100 or more.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion opens at 00:01 (BST) on 14 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 16 September 2026, running for a total of three (3) days (the "Promotion Period").

2.2 Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible, regardless of when they are processed or dispatched.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period at its reasonable discretion, including for reasons beyond its control (e.g. website or payment system issues). Any change will be posted on the Site.

3. Eligibility

• Open to customers the age of majority in your state of residence or over who place a Qualifying Order for Discounted Products on the Site during the Promotion Period.

• Open to U.S. residents only, unless otherwise stated on the Site.

• Limited to one Gift per customer regardless of the number or value of items in a Qualifying Order.

• Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, Beggars Group and their immediate families are not eligible to take part.

• Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, duplicated or in breach of the Promoter's standard terms of sale before the Gift is dispatched will not qualify, and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or recover a Gift already provided in such cases.

4. How the Promotion Works

4.1 No entry or sign-up is required. Qualification is automatic when using the code [CODE]: the Promoter will identify the first 25 Qualifying Orders placed on the Site during the Promotion Period by reference to the order timestamp recorded by the Site's checkout system.

4.2 The Gift will be added automatically to each of the first 25 Qualifying Orders. Customers do not need to take any additional action at checkout.

4.3 There is no cash alternative to the Gift, and the Gift cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.

4.4 The Gift is subject to availability. If demand exceeds the number of Gifts available, or if fewer than 25 Qualifying Orders are placed, the Promoter will provide Gifts to Qualifying Orders on a strict first-come, first-served basis until stock is exhausted, and no substitute or compensation will be offered for any shortfall.

5. Delivery of the Gift

5.1 The Gift will be dispatched together with the applicable Qualifying Order, using the delivery method and timeframe applicable to that order, unless otherwise stated on the Site.

5.2 The Promoter is not responsible for Gifts that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit, save where required by law or under the Promoter's standard delivery terms.

5.3 If a customer's order is only partially fulfilled or is split into multiple shipments, the Gift will be included with the main shipment, at the Promoter's discretion.

6. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice, where reasonably necessary (for example, due to circumstances beyond its control), and will notify participants of any material change via the Site.

• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including eligibility and qualification of orders, is final.

• This Promotion is separate from, and additional to, any other offer, discount or promotion running on the Site, unless stated otherwise.

• Nothing in this Promotion affects a customer's standard statutory rights in relation to their order, including rights under consumer protection law.

• The Promoter will process personal data collected in connection with this Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://beggars.com/privacypolicy/.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the state and federal courts in New York County will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Promotion.
